The hotel could definitely use more shaded areas by the pools!!! Also, clearer communication between the different departments would enhance the experience for guests. It's a bit frustrating when simple requests aren't coordinated effectively!!!

The Bella Vista room was super comfy with nice views of the sea and pool. It was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. The bed was cozy, but the fridge could’ve been a bit bigger for storing snacks. Not much to complain about, though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort, especially the private beach where my kid could play in the sand while we relaxed. The scuba diving experience was incredible—so many colorful fish! The staff were warm and welcoming, which made our family feel right at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more shade for families with kids.

The atmosphere is inviting, and the snorkeling was truly impressive. While the AC needed repairs and room changes took time, the staff was friendly and the dining options delicious, especially the variety of meats. Overall, a lovely experience despite a few hiccups.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this resort. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making interactions quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the food options were very limited and poorly prepared, with several guests experiencing stomach issues. To top it off, I felt misled by the all-inclusive claims, as most amenities required extra payment, making it not worth the hype.

I loved the beautifully decorated common areas, which were easily accessible for seniors, allowing us to relax by the pools and enjoy scenic views of the ocean. The resort's tranquil atmosphere made my stay delightful.

I recently stayed at domina and it exceeded my expectations for relaxation. The coral reefs were fine, and the private beach was perfect for sunbathing. The staff were accommodating

the laundry service was a bit slow.
